COMPANY PROFILE

GEO DYNAMICS based in Baroda is India’s leading and biggest company in Non Destructive
Testing of Pile Foundations & super structures. We have revolutionized the way the civil
engineering industry used to have quality assurance for pile foundations in India. Today our
consulting projects are spread across the country. We handle challenging projects Nationally &
Internationally that includes 55 flyovers in Mumbai, Delhi Metro, Shell LNG, NHAI, Port
Trusts, Railways, major Power Projects, Real Estate sector etc.

GEO Dynamics regularly execute overseas testing assignments & having executed Projects in
Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Jordan, Bangladesh, Mauritius, Madagascar, South East Asia etc. We are
also the authorized training representatives for these technologies in South East Asia.

Geo Dynamics has regional offices in metros at Mumbai, Chennai, Delhi, Kolkata and we also
operate through various project offices in India. Geo Dynamics’ engineers are well recognized
throughout the country and in most cases have achieved good growth compared to their peers in
the industry. To augment our technical team we intend to recruit civil engineers from the
campus. The Engineers shall be posted anywhere in Country at our Regional /Project
offices.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENT

The candidate shall be involved with any of the following

•  Quality assurance for Deep Foundations using various testing methods for major
Offshore and Onshore projects like Bridges, Flyovers, and Jetty Projects in India. He will
need to understand the behavior of pile  foundations, soil interaction and concrete
structures to enable to guide and advise the client on their project sites.
•  Speciality “NDT” testing for Super Structures and introducing newer techniques in this
field.
•  Material, Soil Testing and Geophysical methods that the company intends to promote in
the near future.

The selected candidate will be trained to handle all the above over a period of time. So as to
enable continuity and good growth, the positions are open to only those who are willing to sign a
bond for a period of 18 months from the date of joining.

The male candidates should have following qualities:
¾  B.E. Civil ; Fresh with good technical understanding
¾  Willing to Travel / Relocate
¾  Computer Proficient
¾  Ability to work in a team.

Female candidates shall be posted in office and are required to understand and get trained in all
/some of the above technologies and provide technical support / make reports / manage logistics
for the project offices.

SALARY

•  Starting Salary for Field Engineer above 53% in the last 2 years: Gross Rs. 2,00,000/-
•  Candidates less than 53% in the last two years: Rs. 1,80,000/- per annum.
•  Food, Accommodation & Local Transport worth Rs. 8000/- is not considered in this
Package & is provided free of cost to the selected candidate at Regional / Project offices.
•  Starting Salary for Female Engineer: Gross Rs.1,75,000/- per Annum to be structured
suitably.
