Job Description :
Role: Associate Functional Consultant
Primary responsibilities:
1. Analyse and understand the customer business procedures and map the same in the software
2. Preparation of business blueprint, configuration of system during blueprinting stage
3. Communicate regularly with project manager on the status of work in progress
4. Provide training to the users during implementation phase
5. Respond to customer calls/queries and provide immediate assistance for urgent requests during
post-implementation support
6. Participate in pre-sales activities by configuring the demonstration environments that serve
during presentation to potential clients
7. May be called upon to make presentations
8. Acquire knowledge of the market through communication with potential and current customers
as well as documentation
Desired candidate profile
1. Education: B.Tech/B.E. – Textile OR M.Tech/M.E. – Textile with aggregate 60% and above
2. Willingness to travel away from base location (50-60%)
3. Good communication skills
Selection procedure : The selection procedure would comprise of two parts. The first part would
be conducted at the university campus and would consist of the following
1. Written Test
2. Group Discussion
3. Personal Interview
The shortlisted candidates would be informed within a week of the on-campus evaluation. They
would be required to come to our office in Noida for a personal interview. Train tickets from
Vadodara to New Delhi (AC 3-Tier) will be re-imbursed.
Remuneration Package:
For B.Tech/B.E. – INR 2,16,000 – 2,64,000 P.A.
For M.Tech/M.E. – INR 2,76,000 – 3,24,000 P.A.
