3. Should have secured 60% in aggregate of all semesters in BE/B.Tech on the date of the assessment

5. Only for students passing in June-July 2012 without any gap years
6. No Gaps in education *:
(*)a. No gaps between 10th & 12th
(*)b. No gaps between 10th / 12th and Diploma
(*)c. No gaps during BE
7. Compensation & Benefits
• Annual Cost to Company : Rs INR 3.50 Lakhs pa (Rupees Three lakhs & Fifty Thousand Only)
• Service Agreement : 2 years
• Probation Period : 6 months
• Loyalty Bonus : INR 40000/- (Rupees Forty Thousand Only) One-time payment after two years of service only for A & B+ raters
• Transport & Canteen : Free Transport & Canteen as per the location policy
• Hospitalization & Insurance : Hospitalization for self, spouse & two children’s below 18 years; Insurance for self
• Books Reimbursement : INR 1500/-p.a (Rupees Fifteen Hundred Only) towards reimbursement of technical books
• Interest subsidy on Housing Loans :Eligible after two years of service.
